Closing tab and restoring closed tabs usability issues

A couple annoyances that could be improved upon:

Restoring a closed tab goes to the top/back of the tab list instead of to its previous position at the front/bottom. If you have a large number of tabs open this is pretty frustrating.

Also, when you close a tab there is a pop-up alert with the option to Undo. The pop-up blocks the lowest tabs in the list, which means if you want to close several tabs in succession it is very slow if they become blocked.
