Hello there, 

I would like to know how to disable sync'ing  some harware related options ( which depends on the machine) like harware acceleration, theme etc, which i prefer to use different settings for different devices. seen that all these settings get merged when I am changing for one device.

For theme, take a look at this preference:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste services.sync.prefs.sync.extensions.activeThemeID and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the preference to switch the value from true to false

I don't know whether the hardware acceleration setting syncs. What is your experience?
