Copying messages to Sent folder

When sending a message it is having such a difficulty in copying message to Sent folder, showing this message with the saving activity bar (green) continuously. Eventually, it fails to save in the Sent folder, although the message has been sent.

What would be the reason for this and how to fix this recurring problem?

This is a network performance issue. TB needs to send the message to smtp server and must then resend the message to be stored in your sent folder. Possibly increasing the number of connections at accountsettings>account>serversettings may help.
