Hello. After migrating to the last TB release (102.3.1), each time I start TB, it ask my EMail account password. If I tick the box remember my password, it would not be able to download my EMails. I've found some advice on the support such as deleting pkcs11.txt or secmod.db but it still does not work. My TB profile is stored on the network and not locally. thanks for your help. Laurent

My guess the issue will be network latency. but what version did you migrate from? before V68.5 by any chance?

Hi Matt. Thanks to have answered. I'm using the automatic update feature therefore, I moved from 102.3.0 to the latest 102.3.1. I did not have the issue before and I have not changed anything to my home NET (cabled - not wireless). I moved my profile from the NAS back to the PC itself and the problem solved itself. If you have any suggestions, I'll move it back to the NAS to try once more.

Laurent

I have the same problem using 102.3.3. I updated from 98. something; there were no issues with the profile being stored on a wired NAS. Since the update, the password is maintained within a session but gets lost after a logout. Nothing is listed in the password providers box so can't add.
