In Thunderbird, I keep getting a message telling me that Thunderbird can't update my program and telling me to download Thunderbird. I have done this, and when I go to About Thunderbird, I am told that I am using 102.3.1 (64-bit) and that my Thunderbird is up to date. But I continue to get messages telling me to download Thunderbird. How can i stop those messages?

Using Avast/AVG?
Yes, I do use the freee version of AVG. Also I should have mentioned that I'm still on Windows 7.
