Not able to send, only receive outlook.com emails using TB

I can only receive but not send emails from my outlook.com account using TB! I can send to my own outlook.com account and to my gmail account but not to anyone else! I managed to send a YT clip to my wifes' gmail account but only by forwarding to her after sending to my outlook .com account. Help please
