Installed the BETA and the address books did not set up as they were in in the old version - basically not labeled - figured out how to get them labeled. Mailing lists or labels in Gmail, did not import - how do i get them to import without having to recreate them?

I'm a bit confused. Generally, when I think of labels, I think of folder names, not addressbooks. If it's addressbooks that didn't get transferred, you might look in prior profile for files beginning with the letters 'abook' and copy them (when Thunderbird is not running) into the current profile.

Adding Google Contacts with the built-in CardDAV option does not include Contacts labels, the term Gmail uses for 'mailing lists'. Labels are included if Contacts are synced with the CardBook add-on, but that add-on has not been updated, yet, to TB 115 (102 only).

The Thunderbird locale address book supports Mail-Lists/Conatct-Groups/Labels(Google) but cannot be synced to Google Contacts and preserve the Mail-Lists/Conatct-Groups/Labels(Google). Does the Thunderbird built-in CardDAV option support Mail-Lists/Conatct-Groups with CardDAV servers like Radicale? If not, is this work in progress? In a future when K-9 Mail for Android evolves into Thunderbird for Android, will emailing/forwarding to groups be supported?

Cardbook supports Radicale, and many others: https://gitlab.com/CardBook/CardBook

but you would have to test it to see if lists/groups are supported.

Cardbook v. 90 is compatible with TB 115.
