Browser lagging and freezing

The last update forced itself onto my laptop and since then my browser has been lagging and freezing constantly. For example, when I click to refresh a page it will take at least 30 seconds before it even starts loading the page again and then it still takes it a minute for the whole page.

What OS? What version for Firefox? Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Safe Mode? You can also try a Firefox Refresh.

The issue is slightly better in troubleshoot mode but not completely fixed. I cant refresh because of security certificates from my job. You'll have to step by step explain how I find the rest of that.

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".
