Version 115.19.0esr Update
I am seeing on a Windows 7 unit that I can update to version 115.19.0esr, but I tried to use the Google search tool to check what that version is all about, and nothing. I have tried various ways on pages of what I think is Mozilla and nothing. Where can I find information about version 115.19.0esr? Or has your browser in my unit been taken over by a malware type situation and I am in danger?
BTW, when I clicked on the "What's New" link I saw nothing about that "New" version I am being asked to update to. Oh yes, I am constantly seeing that 'Please Update' window, too.
So if this is a true version from your company/orghanization, where is the information about it?
Just in case you wish to know, I do have about ten screenshots of all that I have been running into as I have tried to find information about 115.19.0esr. And if you are going to inform me that you don't support Windows 7 so you aren't showing any information about an update your browser keeps asking me to update to, I am going to send a letter to some regulator and explain that somebody is not doing there job properly. If you keep nagging me to update, then you should be informing as to why!

And very sorry for those two careless spelling errors. Frankly, I am not in a very happy mood and my fingers are also pissed off! <organization> <their>
Updates for any ESR channel builds of Firefox are only for security and stability fixes and not for any new features.
Firefox 115.19.0esr was for to apply various security fixes as you can see on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/115.19.0/releasenotes/ which is listed on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
The last planned update for the older Firefox 115 ESR is 115.21.0esr in March unless Mozilla decides before then to extend updates again, which may be only be another six months as it was originally going to end at Fx 115.15.0esr. Mozilla has supported Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users for two years now as Chrome/Chromium based browsers dropped Windows 7, 8, 8.1 back in Jan/Feb 2023.

Thank you for the response, James. I am sort of wondering why you made this reference:
"not for any new features." as I didn't ask anything about new features. Nevertheless, I did go back and look at my data and have no clue, yet, why the Google search engine did not correctly show me that result, as it should have. I will be able to consult directly with Google about that and so that shall be set aside at this location on the Net, Mozilla Support.

I repeated my attempt to find the new version number by clicking on the "What's new" button and the same result:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/115.18.0/releasenotes/?utm_source=firefox-browser&utm_medium=firefox-browser&utm_campaign=whatsnew https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/desktop-esr/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/desktop-esr/win/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/desktop-esr/win/en-US/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/notes/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/128.6.0/releasenotes/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/128.6.0/system-requirements/
And when I did the new series of steps that seemed a logical process, starting with clicking on "All Firefox ESR downloads" (which the second time was shown as purple) the same result; there was no place I could find 115.19.0esr and it seems from your answer and your link that the page I need is available. It is just that we aren't shown a link to it if we start at "What's new" and I am quite perplexed by that.
115.19.0esr is new, so why aren't we able to easily find that page?
We are always briefed by security folks to be careful and check this-or-that and this would be the same thing; check for what that 115.19.0esr is all about and when we click on "What's new" and then can't find any information we have to get worried.
I suspect this is happening because of something to do with you folks don't like our Windows 7 and 8 and 8.1 BUT ...
Well, I appreciate your answering my OP, James, and won't bother you any further. My questions will have to go snail mail to somebody.
After reviewing my last post, I figured I better explain that I fully understand that it is very easy to simply click on the box that shows the 115.19.0esr, BUT it is also advisable to find out what is the reason for an update and that is why the choice of clicking on "What's new" seems a logical thing to do.
Sure I trust Mozilla, which I have been using for decades, but I also check what I'm getting before any update to any software and have been doing that for decades, too.
Frankly, I don't recall this sort of problem in the past, but I'll check before I sit down at my typewriter and start the snail mail process.
The Firefox 115 ESR used to be available on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-esr/ alongside the Firefox 128 ESR in overlap. Firefox 115 ESR was originally planned to end as of Fx 115.15.0esr but then as almost last day they decided to continue with Fx 115 ESR updates. However since the 115.16.0esr update and on it was removed from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-esr/ as a download option alongside Fx 128 ESR. This is why the release notes link on that page is to current Firefox 128 ESR.
Mozilla is only providing the Firefox 115.16.0esr and on updates to Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 users in mind. Windows 10, 11, and macOS 10.15+ OS users using Firefox 115 ESR were updated to current Firefox 128 ESR version.
