Hello, a program is still showing up in the device/s that Firefox would like to use whenever it's asking permission to use. The problem is, this virtual screen capture/camera software (3tene) is already uninstalled in my pc but it still keeps on showing up. I tried checking if there are any leftover files and could not find any. I thought maybe there's something wrong with Firefox this time? Still trying to narrow things down.

You should check your device software driver as Firefox browser uses the driver install the software gives it.

Sorry but 3tene was not in the device manager (if that's what you're trying to have me do). I tried checking the files using Revo Uninstaller just to see if there are any leftover files but could not but anything related to 3tene.
