able to download screen saver but cannot install it tried all f/fox support

I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A NEW SCREENSAVER . I DOUBLE CLICKED IN THE DOWNLOAD BOX TO SET UP AND THEN I SAVE THE FILE . AFTER THAT A BOX APPEARS AND IT SAYS AT THE TOP " CANNOT RUN IN DOS MODE" AND THAT IS AS FAR AS I CAN GET . I HAVE THE SCREENSAVER IN MY APPLICATIONS BUT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH . I DID EVERYTHING ON THE FIRE SUPPORT SECTION BUT WITHOUT GAIN. PLEASE HELP

HOW AND WHERE DO I FIND THE REPLY THAT WAS SENT TO MY EMAIL . I CLICKED ON THE LINKS AS IT SAID BUT I CANNOT FIND THE ANSWER
