This error started when I had problems with >NET Frameworks It is annoying, not critical. When I close Firefox I get an error message, 1 of 3. Instruction could not be written, or could not be read, or Privileged Instruction. The location of the error varies each time. I have tried IE and it does not generate the same problem.

See Firefox crashes when you exit it.

Does it send crash reports to Mozilla? If it does can you post some of the crash report IDs as this may help identify the cause of the crashes. For details on getting them see the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

There is no crash report generated. I have tried safe Mode and there is no problem with that mode. But when I returned to normal mode it re-appeared.

Thank you for your time.

Have you identified which extension is causing this?

Not yet, have not had time to spend today. Will try later on Tuesday (BST)
