How do I get the foxfilter settings to show up on my computer?

The directions on how to share settings on my computers for using FoxFilter's premium features don't work: click on the green checkmark icon in the lower right corner of the Firefox browser's window to open FoxFilter Settings. Or, click on the Mozilla Firefox menu option "Tools" then click on FoxFilter Settings.

I subscribed to the Hosted security settings and when trying to set up on another computer in our home was unable to find the green arrow in the lower right corner or the "foxfilter settings" within the "Tools"
