I can't get Firefox to open on another person's desktop on the same computer.

My sister and I share a computer. I downloaded 4.0 on my desktop.

Her Firefox old or new will not open. I tried to download 4.0 from her desktop. Several times. It just will not open. The said thing is she lost all her bookmarks.
