What setting should I check so clicking on a hyperlink outside my default browser FF4, for example from within an email, will open the link in FF4 like it did up until a few days ago?

Clicking on hyperlinks from a source outside FF4 no longer retrieve and open a page in FF4 for me as of the past few days. Did a recent FF4 update change a setting I need to change back? What should I check for this. FF4 is my default browser. For now I have to copy the link and paste it into a new tab in FF4.

Problem cleared with a reboot of FF4. So what would cause this to begin with?
