Cannot log in to websites

Check and tell if its working.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

• Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

• Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I've tried both of the above proposed solutions. Cleared the casche and removed all cookies and still get the 404 not found message when I enter my password to go to mail. I am writing from google chrome which does not have this problem. In fact I only seem to have this problem on my home computer, windows xp with the recent download of firefox.

What's that?

You can also try to reload the web page(s) and bypass the cache.

• Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
• Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Check and tell if its working.

I use the other computer where I've been having this trouble only occasionally but will try this work around and get back soon.

I have the same problem, sometime the login page will display but then I get 404... It can't find the following url

http://us.mg6.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?.rand=6u86hf7tp7ieu

Maybe the hosts entry got foo bar'ed somehow?

@cheruvim - Are you able to laod yahoo! mail on other Web Browsers ??
