Firefox is not shown on my "All Programs" for me to launch. However, it is shown in "Control Panel - Programs & Features"...So I am unable to open Firefox...unless I of course reinstall.

You can go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ (or whatever your installation is) and create a shortcut for firefox.exe to your start menu or desktop
