Thanks for the quick reply, but the link you recommended was for someone with Windows XP, where I'm on Mac OS 10.5.8, so the steps they have in there wouldn't apply to me. Any other suggestions?

I've re-downloaded the latest version and reinstalled twice now, but still nothing.
