Ever since updating Firefox to the new version, my browser is constantly crashing. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps but they have not fixed the problem.

That crash is caused by Trusteer Rapport.

You can try to stop Trusteer Rapport if installing the latest version doesn't help.

Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport

Thank you for your prompt response. Yesterday I disabled an extension called "AVG Safe Search" and I haven't had any crashes since doing that. Thanks again for the help.
