why do some documents appear blurry and unreadable?

i opened the text on my power engineering website (which suggested firefox as the best browser) and the text all appear blurry and i cannot read it.

Are you zoomed in?

Hit Ctrl + 0 (zero) to reset the zoom

Hit Ctrl + + to zoom in

Hit Ctrl + - to zoom out
