My Pc Crashed, had to wipe and re-install. upgraded to windows 7 have firefox synched. how do I get my bookmarks back?

My computer crashed. I had to wipe the hard drive and reinstall software. I upgraded from vista to 7 at this time. I had just created a firefox sync account to save my bookmarks. I have installed everything but now firefox tells me my sync key is not valid. How do I retrieve this data? I really need my bookmarks.
