I was trying to access an old website link I had for easter eggs on DVDs, and I got a message come up that said I had been chosen to do a 30 second survey on how I use Firefox. Additionally, the page played a .wav file that stated I would get a free gift if I completed this survey. After answering the four questions, the page offered multiple "free" items, including some random anti-wrinkle cream and a free Samsung phone. Not being a complete idiot, I immediately started a computer scan with Avast, and did not click on any of the "offers." I am now reporting it to Mozilla, and can supply the website address if needed.

You can sent a report to the FBI via their Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

You can also report such a site at; Google Report Phishing Page which is the same when done while on site by going to Help > Report Web Forgery
