It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

it might because of some script who takes long time to run script ,so you can do this step :

  • type about:config and press Enter.
  • A new warning page says "This might void your warranty!" may appears. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue.
  • In the about:config page, search for the preference dom.max_script_run_time, and double-click on it. In the Enter integer value prompt, type 10 or 20.
  • Press OK to restart firefox.

now the message prompt is no longer to show you .

Type about.config WHERE? In the address bar? When I do that...it automatically puts "prob loading page" (and puts a www. in front of it) Thanks, Carolyn

It is about:config with a colon. about: is a protocol to access built-in pages just like http: is used for websites.
