My in-box shows 6 unread messages but I can't open them. They must be current. How do I open them?
From 13.30 on 20/8/14 until 0930 on 21/08/14 I received 6 messages according to the " in box" which I cannot download. I know at least 2 are not spam. I have received emails satisfactorily since

How big are those messages? Perhaps they are taking too long to download. If you have access to a web interface to those same messages, you may be able to preview/delete them or deal with them otherwise.
You can add the size column by clickling on the icon at the end of the columns heading, at the right.
