Hi, I just did an automatic update of Thunderbird, from (I think), version 24, to version 31.

I had Lightning (calendar) installed before with version 24, and the calendar tab was opening with Thunderbird start-up, automatically.

When Thunderbird did the update, it also updated Lightning. But now the calender tab wont open automatically with Thunderbird start-up.

Is there a way to fix this ?

Thanks Peter

I encourage you to click "I have this problem, too" on my thread here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1019166 basically, the same problem, but with more technical info (read: technobabble) from my frustrated experimentation.

It seems to be more problems with TB 31 and Lightning 3.3

After a restart of Windows (Win 7 PRO, 64bit), the Lightning was disabled.

I don't know, but it seems to be a conflict.

Try restarting in safe mode (or disabling all add-ons) AND ensuring that add-on compatibility checking is enabled. That worked for me. I enabled only the add-ons I need and all's well again.

Thanks Dan for your help, I tried this, but same problem.

And also it seems that the "Check for new messages with start-up", don't work.
