After I've changed my account password and replaced all devices' passwords, I still can't sync. The error message says: "Recovery key incorrect".
Hi,
I've changed my account password and then I replaced all devices' passwords. After all I still can't sync between my laptop and my desktop PC. In the bottom of the page, an error message says "Recovery kay incorrect" (or something like this - I have Mozilla in Spanish :) ) I've changed my password once again, and I've repeated the next step, but still can't sync. Both PCs shows the same error message: "Recovery key incorrect".
Thank you in advance!

None of these worked :/ I've just deleted the signedInUser.json file and the weave folder, but nothing happened. Then I deleted prefs.js and still nothing...It's still showing the same error: Recovery key incorrect
EDIT: Ok.. I thought that maybe the problem is with my account, not with the browser itself. So I disconnected my account from the browser and then I deleted the account and created a new one. That worked perfectly and now the desktop PC and the laptop are synchronized.
Thank you!

Try to disconnect and possibly delete the signedInUser.json file and the weave folder in the Firefox profile folder. If that doesn't help then delete the prefs.js file as well to reset all user set prefs stored in this file.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
