Firefox crashes several times a day, always when I'm in Facebook. I've got the latest FF version, 35.0.1, everything else on my computer has been recently updated. I'm getting really tired of this. Until the last few months ago, there were never any problems with FF crashing. Now it's a constant annoyance. Can't you guys fix this and have it stay fixed?

I have Win7 64 bit. I just refreshed as you suggested (not my first time to refresh, although I haven't done it in a couple weeks). We'll see how things go. Thanks for your help.

Usually i only refresh about once a year. Try seeing if a program on your computer is adding a strange add-on.
