I have created a letterhead in Word with a graphic in one corner, and a mailing address at bottom. Can it be dropped in from Word?

Ideally, such a template would permit different signatures to be added to it, depending on who's sending the email. But for now, I will settle for just a working template, with a typed signature in the message.

I have spent the last 90 minutes looking for a way to create a template in Thunderbird. There is nothing in Help or Search. Thanks!

90 minutes? Really? It took me about 5 seconds to type Thunderbird templates in Google to find this.

Using documents created in a word processor will be problematic because of all the proprietary formatting that they use and embed. Especially Word.

At present, I find the links on the page cited in the above post to be non valid. The only help Thunderbird offers is SmartTemplate. But for non geeks it is of little help....the only way to create a stationary template is using html script. I've found a way round this (for the moment) by SmartTemplate > options > writing in a basic text template. However, I have to adjust this in each email I send. It would great if Thunderbird staff could organise to offer the same tools as Foxmail does (Google won't let me use it after a password change...) Any response welcome
