I cannot view all of some messages. There are no scroll arrows in the box (message pane?) and the scroll button on the mouse does not work either. I can view the message by zooming out but often it becomes to small for me to read it. This only happens with some messages, the majority of messages which are to large for the message pane operate with either/or the scroll markers or the mouse

These messages are too wide? Are they from particular senders such as those who use Apple Mail?

Thank you for your quick response. The problem is infrequent and I cannot locate any other emails that are like it at the moment. The current email in question is from computershare who send out emails on behalf of several companies. The other emails which I have from them will scroll normally, but I do not have any emails from them on behalf of that particular client to check against. Your explanation however seems pretty sound, is there a way that I can fix it on my end?
