thunderbird won't launch after clicking a link to email. (mailwasher also)
I click on a link to send an email and Thunderbird will not launch a install window opens and I go through all the steps and the next time I try and use a link the same installer comes up again I have tried to use the install link 5 or 6 times and it still won't work I have Mailwasher installed and after clearing out the junk Thunderbird used to launch but not now. What else can be done I did reinstall Thunderbird but no change

does Thunderbird work if you uninstall mail washer?
