This appears to be malicious ad-ware and i can not get rid of it. I don't have the toolbar in my Control panel...so it is only affecting my browsing when i try to use Firefox. SUPER IRRITATING! I keep getting a pop up box that gives me a choice of keeping my old browser or continue to use the new one....the problem is...there is no right answer...this is because From DOC to PDF designed the pop up box...and their name appears in it. I just dumped my add ons and i hope that works...but so far...nothing gets rid if this adware. Please help.. Thanks, jeff linn

Hi Jeff, when do you see the unwanted screen? For example:

  • only at startup
  • every new window (Ctrl+n)
  • every new tab (Ctrl+t)
  • randomly while browsing
  • other pattern

I tried all the solutions that have been posted about looking in the add-ons or uninstalling from my computer - it didn't show up in my programs to uninstall nor was it in my add-ons, extensions, or plugins.

Here is what worked: I uninstalled Firefox then reinstalled it and it asked me if I would like to "refresh" Firefox to make it "like new." That did the trick BECAUSE When it asked if I would like to keep the previous add-ons I chose the option that said "choose which ones I keep." And sure enough it was there and I could "un-choose" it.
