Wondering if there is a file someplace on RHEL Linux that "backs" the javascript console you see in the browser.

We have the menu bar and shortcut keys disabled, so wanted to see if there was someplace where the javascript console information was otherwise available I could get to .. or if possible to enable that without any browser add-ons etc...
