In Firefox no download/upload popup window is appearing
I've been using firefox for so long, but now I'm having an issues where I'm not able to download anything. Whenever I click on either download or upload buttons, no window popups. I tried Brave browser with same, but it crashes. This problem started on Firefox. Helps would be appreciated. (Sorry due to same issue I can't upload screenshot/video sample of the problem).

If it's happening with two browsers, there may be an issue with your user account (or, possibly, your system). Try creating a new user account. That will probably mean using a new profile and I would say your profile may be the problem except that it's happening with another browser as well.
This has been happening for a few weeks now to me also. It resolves when I restart the computer, but it eventually happens again. It does not happen in a safari browser.
I am unable to choose files to upload or get the popup when I say download.
I would try a new profile. You can create a new profile with Firefox closed or open.
