Since time began, I was able to scroll page content up and down using my mouse either with the scroll wheel or by holding down the left button and moving the mouse. Please restore this functionality. Keypad up and down keys do scroll.

You can try to restart Firefox but if the problem persists you can reinstall it. I hope this helps
