When a website prohibits opening its pages in an iframe on another website via CSP or X-FRAME-OPTION header. then your only option is to open this frame in a new tab via the right-click context menu. Bypassing this security feature isn't recommended.

There is an extension Ignore X-Frame-Options Header but websites usually have good reasons not to allow this.
