Why don't the junk filters work properly? I add e-mail addresses to Collected Addresses, check off that collected addresses should not go to junk, but e-mails from those address still go to junk. It's a computer program--it's not supposed to act arbitrarily. I saw the response re: whitelisting: How do I whitelist--I don't see an option for that? I do NOT want the e-mails (in my Collected Addresses) to go to junk.
