i cant beleive it mozilla has such [edited] sustomr service that dont help at all total waste of time going through all the faqs and no human to talk to. mozilla needs to improve customer service help section.

Is this about your question video not redirecting that I replied to yesterday? I can't tell whether you successfully disabled Tracking Protection on that site but it didn't help, or you never found out how to disable Tracking Protection. Either way, it would help keep focus on the task at hand if you follow up in that thread.
P.S. Aside from a few bots posing as humans, everyone who replies here and writes support articles is a real live human.
This is a community support forum for a variety of Mozilla related products..
Mozilla has never had had a direct phone, email or chat for the Firefox web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for iOS/iPadOS and Android which are free to download and use. They do have a direct ticket support here but only for the subscription based products like Mozilla VPN and a few others.
Pretty much every major web browser makes use of a support forum of some sort as none of them have one on one support for their web browsers, except for perhaps Enterprise users who pays for it.
