Thanks for your continued assistance! I'm so frustrated that I'm having these problems. Yes, I have clicked on "Enter your password to connect." I note that there is an exclamation mark "!" in a triangle superimposed on the menu in the bottom right corner. That triangle appears again on the command line "Enter your password to connect when the menu is opened. The command line takes me to the page "Sign in with your camera." Two options appear. 1) "Ready to scan." I open my PC to Firefox.com/pair. I confirm that I have Firefox for mobile. I'm taken to the page "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet," where I'm asked to tap "Sync and Save Data," in the Firefox menu. I don't have that command in my menu! 2) This option is "Use email instead." I click this, which takes me to a page that asks me to "enter your password." I enter the password and click "Sign in" The dark blue sign in box turns light blue and then just spins and spins. Two dead ends. Any suggestions?
