I exited a secure site with the Firefox close button. ZoneAlarm popped up a security alert. Now ZoneAlarm Security refuses to allow Firefox to open. If I shut down ZoneAlarm, then Firefox opens.

ZoneAlarm indicates that there was an instability.

The ZoneAlarm message that comes up each time I try to open Firefox is a Submit Error Report that contains the following informatiom, ___________________________________________

I submitted this report two days ago but have heard nothing back from ZoneLabs, and Firefox still does not work.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but it did not help.
