At www.live.com, I go to Windows Live Hotmail and click on the Go To inbox. Between cach incoming email and it's subject, there are brown unvelopes that won't open. I have Mozilla Firefox.lnk.

I discovered the problem. If you click that brown box exactly where the brown opening of the box is, it opens!
