Every time I try to open web site I get the message: problem loading page server not found. http://www.xn--&-8ga.com/
I am not trying to open this page but it pops up every time I try to access other web sites

Have you tried using safe mode? It might be an extension causing the problem. If that fixes the problem, you then need to find which extension is the culprit. Otherwise, try the suggestions here:

As per suggestion above, downloaded and ran TDSSKiller (free app, find on Goggle). It found & removed malware. Problem solved.
