When I try to open Firefox I am getting a window popping up with the following: 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.' Restarting does not help. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled but this did not help either. Any suggestions?
