Would you please go to about:support in your address bar, and copy and paste the information from there into this thread?
Also, you can try doing a few things.
If you download Firefox 10.0.2 from www.getfirefox.com, does it still cause the crash? (there is a bug in Firefox 11 beta right now that might be causing this).
If you want to stay on Firefox 11 beta, try [your graphics driver], see if that makes a difference.
Finally, read the Disable Hardware Acceleration portion of the above link. Try to disable Hardware acceleration for Firefox.
If these work, then it is a known issue in Firefox 11 beta. I would recommend either going back to Firefox 10.0.2 until Firefox 11 is released, or using one of these fixes until the update is released.
This started in version 10.0.2 was hoping beta would solve.Had to roll back graphics drivers last time i updated.

If you go to this link: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx and download and install the most up to date version of your graphics driver (I assumed you were on a desktop, if you are running a laptop the driver will be http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx. Does that help you? Also, do any of the links I provided help you out?
