I get 10mb speed w/Crome & Explorer but only 1mb w/Mozilla.I tried Mozilla Reset with no help.

First: I have used Mozilla for years and would prefer to continue but internet speed is becoming a problem. I recently had my internet speed increased to 10mb. If I use Mozilla Firefox I get 1mb at most. When using either Explorer or Chrome, I get 10bm speed. I have tried the procedure to Reset and upgrade Mozilla but the speed stayed the same. As stated in another reply, I still only get speeds up to 10mb with Chrome and Explorer but not Mozilla (never even get up to 1mb - tonight was 0.48bm), Even after following all the tips suggested.

Make sure that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) is blocking or restricting Firefox.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
