I am a CISCO student and on the netacad website there are several images and flash items that even with all settings correct wont show and I am at a loss?
while taking quizzes and exams there are several images and flash items that wont display correctly. I have gone to adobes website and changed the global settings to allow flash on firefox and made sure that both flash and java are up to date as well as shockwave. I dont know what to do can you help?

Have you tried disabling Adblock Plus, to make sure that one of your ABP filters isn't blocking what you want to see?
Or try the Firefox SafeMode.
