I inadvertently used the option Block Element to get rid of a horrible recurring spam post on FB. I thought I was just blocking that post but what it ended up blocking the options on my whole Facebook program, so now I can't edit/undo anything on my FB page. I know it's within Firefox as it doesn't happen on the other browsers when I am using FB.

I tried to look it up but can't find anything to help me. I was hoping I could end up talking to a real person as I know it can get confusing but perhaps you can give me step by step instructions?

I need to know how to UNDO blocking an element. I've attached an image but I'm not sure if it fully explains what I'm dealing with.

In Thunderbird for Android, I can receive emails without a problem. When I send, the email is copied to the Sent folder, and I don't get any error (no returned email); however, the emails are never received. The issue doesn't happen on Thunderbird Desktop.

My problem is similar to the one described here: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1239518] But I checked the outgoing server's configuration, and it all appears ok.

Every time I open Thunderbird, I am being prompted to enter my icloud ID and password for the icloud calendar sync function. I enter the credentials and everything seems OK - until I close Thunderbird and then open it again. I am using an app specific password and my correct ID. What is wrong?

When Family Tree asks me to login to Ancestry, I do and it comes up with a blank page that says Ancestry user has been authenticated. It doesn't come up with my Ancestry home page.

I have 4 different hard drives that will not boot and I need to check these drive for the one that has all my passwords. I have found these passwords are in a file "logins.json", I would like to know how I can view these files to see which of the 4 drives has the most recent information for my passwords.

I would appreciate your help on this matter.

I'm not sure if this is a Firefox or Google Calendar issue.

The issue is accessibility of the Settings icon in the top-right portion of the screen when the system text size is increased from the default.

I installed Thunderbird on a coworker's android phone. The SMTP server was authenticated and she can receive emails but sent emails (which are replies to those received messages) never show up for the recipient.

I've tried sending to my work email and to my personal gmail. Nothing.

HELP! I really do not want to use the Samsung email app.

Previously while looking for a specific email by text in the subject line, the results would display the emails in the same frame where all emails were. No need to open another window or tab.

I do this to find attachments. I would find the email, be able to open it and then print the attached PDF document. I can no longer dot this.

It started when looking for an email that had become part of a "Thread". I really do NO like threads. I changed a setting to NOT use threads but must have changed something else. I could not find it

I found my problem. I did NOT have "subject" checked in the search criteria.

By the way, I still do NOT like "threads".

I wish to send an encrypted email. I have imported and accepted the recipient's public key.

When I compose an email to this recipient, the "encrypt" button is disabled.

Any idea how to fix this?

Is there a way to restore a previous window's open tabs from the sync data? I can visualize the device B's tabs but I don't know where to see where device A's went when I restarted the laptop (which doesn't usually lose all of my tabs).
