no print icon appears in popup window
When i use my online banking account i like to print statements that are formatted with a popup window. In the previous version of Mozilla a print icon button would appear in the window, but it no longer seems to be there. The print icon in the side menu only prints from the website tab that is open not the popup window. It does work if I use ctrl+p, but I was wondering if there was anyway of getting the icon back?

Hi, Check to see if there was an add on that was deactivated. If you would like to add a button for printing please see: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../printprint-preview/ or search there.
I still have the problem of trying to print the pop up page. I can't seem to be able to select it unless the page is open and I use ctrl+p. I searched the add ons but they are not what I am looking for. I am not sure if this is something specific to my online banking. Have you heard of this before?
HI sosullivan, After reading your description again, I am wondering if it was the pdf.js preview or a preference in the Options > Applications menu for pdfs.
Did it look like this: Image of PDF.js
Hi, sorry that is not what it looks like. If it was anything but my bank account I would show you an image... it only happens when the bank website formats my statement so it can be printed in a popup window. It is not a pdf format. perhaps it is something to do with AIB bank, but I used to be able to do it before I updated firefox a few weeks ago.
I just added the picture without the details...

You can use the Ctrl+P keyboard shortcut or access Print via the File menu.
- Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu bar.

Thank you for the info, please let me know if you need that image removed. This may be the site. It looks like the window does not have the toolbars from Firefox at all. Its like those pop up windows on other sites like when you login and it takes you to another window.
Unless it is a direct link to a pdf file?
Maybe Print to Pages works on your platform. Is there an add on that was disabled during the update?
I couldn't get the addon to solve the problem. But I never realised f10 was a shortcut so that is great to know. at least I get a print preview of the popup window now.
