NYT link no longer works in Firefox
Does anyone have an idea why my NYT subscription no longer works in Firefox but is working fine in other browers? When I try to log in, it takes me to a message that says:
"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

This can indicate a problem with the cookies NYTimes has stored in Firefox. One may be corrupted, or out-of-date information might be mixing with current information.
I suggest clearing your cookies for the site. If you can view any page on the site, try any of these:
- right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
- Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
- click the padlock or globe icon in the address bar > More Information > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page and logging in again. Any improvement?
In some cases, privacy-enhancing settings changes or add-ons can block some information the site requires. If simply clearing cookies and accepting new ones does not fix the redirect issue, it could be one of the following issues:
- "Third party cookies" blocked
- Referer header blocked
