I updated to vers. 31 on July30, 2014...
but refreshed on 8-4-14 and I can't get back to ver 31 using win8.1. I've tried the update link but because I already updated, it just sits there and looks at me and I can't find a way to migrate, if that's possible, BACK to ver 31 because up dating doesn't work...any ideas out there/??? thanks

Try this:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon

thanks for the heads up on that one....I basically did that and now I'm back in the saddle again....version 31 strong....
