Thunderbird stops with message asking to stop scipt. even in safe mode. Unresponsive Script mailWindow.js

This happens only in 1 particular mail id, when I try to scroll or delete any messages. This started happening after I restored my Windows8, since the update didn't succeed. I also copied the old profile to the new one and in total I have 6 email ids active in the profile. Please help.

Sorry, I checked and found that this problem is happening in all the mail IDs...
